Det är så att jag arbetar på en skolan i Järfälla. Där vi under hösten ska jobba med OS. Vi försöker få någon gammal olympier att komma på besök. Det hade varit väldigt trevligt om du varit intresserad av att komma hit och besök.

Hey there Niklas, Chicago based Red Wings fan here.

I’m looking forward to watching you lead the charge for Detroit in the coming years. Perhaps your number 55 will hang up there next to Nick’s number 5 someday.

    Rock on

Maybe it’s time for a new union

Deadline September 15th and it looks like both sides are so far apart and I know both sides want to have a collective agreement together before the deadline. What I see is that it will be another season not shown on the Stanley cup and we all know the players want to play, but I can’t figure out why the players keep on hiring union leaders who are hard nose, tunnel visioned having their way or NO way. Just look at the last leader you had, it’s not about the money you lost, it’s about WHAT you lost, the whole game season of working so hard to make it in the NHL. Just think about it, the new union guy is like the last one you fired 8 years ago. WHY do this again?

No worries I picked on Gary Bettman , the last story (blog).

The new NHL Union should consist of an executive board – one director, one president, one vice president, one recording secretary and three executive board members all ex-players or players that are playing now. I find that this is the best way of working on issues and not just having one person dictating.

I hear it is going to be an open period for the NHL players on September 15th 2012 meaning any union can take over and if you want a new deal and play the game you love just sign up with my new union. I have 15 years’ experience as a business agent and the past seven years as President. I will ensure we get a good contract for both sides so let’s work together to get the job done! NO work stoppages, we can go with last year’s contract and negotiate a new collective agreement for next season 2013/2014.

Peter Montgomery, nhlfix.com, your interim leader for one year. Remember you make the call and you are the one that gets to vote on all matters.

Looking at capgeek.com I see the teams have no problem of spending an average of $60 million a year.

I could get my international out of Washington for backing.

I will find a way to get this out to all players.

    Mr. Kronwall,

I thank you for what you bring to the sport. I have been a Red Wings fan for 30 years and you are one of my favorite Red Wings. Your work ethic and skills are top notch and would love to see you sign a 12 year deal and have the “C” placed on your jersey. Keep up the hard work and make sure Rick Nash gets signed. Best of luck in 2012-2013.

The “C” should be given to a player who can lead by example. If the wings give it to Kronwall the whole team will be lazy in pursuit of his lead.

U asked what about Lidstrom?….I will gladly answer. Though Lidstrom is (was) a great positional, non-hitting, smart defenseman. Kronwall has great: shot-blocking ability, fearlesness, self-sacrifice, and better hands then Lidstrom. I have been watching Lidstrom and Wings since I was a child. Lidstrom was a great defenseman but I prefer to have a defenseman and captain that is more physical. Kronny plays the body more and when it is necessary. He is both smart and a physical presence.

You are not a fan of any Detroit team! F-A-N is short for the word “fanatic,” meaning a person who is crazy about their favorite team — the team they support in good times and bad times. You show no support. You detract from the human race. Go away.

Congrats on an incredible season. Yeah, the early exit burns a little, but a lot of good things happened this year. Of course I never want to see Lidstrom retire, but when that dreaded day comes, that “C” is landing on your chest. My wife and I drove 11 hours down to hockey town Friday night to catch WIN #23 on Sunday and high tailed it back home just in time for work on Monday. And by the way that was on our anniversary, so that win made me look Like a fricken genius! My baby girl always rocks the winged wheel on game night, and my 2.5 yr old son is running around the living room shooting foam pucks around while yelling out half the Wing’s roster.. ZEZERBUG!! Now just counting down the days until that winger comes up the right side with his head down into a freight train.. Kronwalled. Go Wings!

The Wings are a far better team and they know that! They also have to use cheap shot tactics to get past you in this game- at this level.
They want you to be distracted by the hit and the hype behind it. Don’t fall for it!! Zetterberg is unhurt. Anger will hurt the entire team!
You know your job! You know your enemy! You know that keeping your head in the game is what they don’t want.
Play smart, play tough, play hard- You’ll WIN! Don’t let stupidity(Weber) rule your game.

Its obvious that Shanahan doesn’t have the fortitude to punish weber, what a shame. However, I hope you take it Weber all game long. Punish him (legally) I will be looking for you to put a good ole fashion hurtin’ on him. A couple of hip/body checks would be a good dose of medicine for Weber.
